Good screen recorder software.

I am looking for a good screen recording software, can be free or a paid program. A google search turns up some results, but I don't know which company's are reputable. This will be used for training and demonstrations.

I use Hypersnap software : http://www.hyperionics.com/ and have had no problems with it. Although what EzyStvy suggest sounds like a real good one with some extra features added.
