rearrange/change sequence of files ?
I have about 130 photos in a folder.
They are titled with numbers assigned by the camera. How can I change the position/order/sequence/ of the files ? eg existing: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 required : 1,2,3,6,4,5,7,8 The best I can think of is to change the auto sort to 'no sort' and then D&D them one by one, or in blocks, into a new folder. There must be an easier way. Thanks ! |

re: renaming files.
Thanks but I can't see how changing the file names from 1, 2, 3 , etc to : beach, boat, Mary etc is going to help me. I still can't change the 130 files to be in the order I want eg. : Mary, boat, beach etc. |
