Nero 7 Essentials
I just purchased a Lite-on DVD burner retail version and it came with Nero 7 Essentials for s/w.
The burner is Lite Scribe capable but I'm under the impression that the s/w for Lite Scribe is not included on the disk and it doesn't list it on the disk. I haven't installed the burner yet so I can't check to see if it is included. Has any one bought this setup or can anyone help me with this question? Thank you. Carl |

Hi Kubie,
Haven't heard from you for a while. Yes I think Nero 7 Essentials does recognize, and use, the Light Scribe Feature. The previous Nero 6 Essentials didn't though.

Hope things have been good for you. So you like the lightscribe function? Seems likes it's a lot more "tidy" than handwriting stuff on the disk. I have a friend that just up'd to it and he loves it. I'm reluctant as I've got the proverbial ton of "regular" media to burn up first. Maybe after that I'll upgrade... |

My drive is not lightscribe enabled, but nero 6 always gives me some lightscribe error when I fire it up
 How long does it take to burn a full label with lightscribe? |
