I have Uniblue Registry Booster that I just ran and it indicated a couple of problems that I asked the program to repair. Then I downloaded the new Uniblue2 and it indicated that I had 549 problems. Is Uniblue2 really finding 549 additional registry problems or is it really just hype to get me to buy the new product?

Guess it depends on what the 549 additional registry problems are???
Do you know that part about removing just one entry that should be left alone can really really mess up your pc?

The only registry cleaner we recommend is CCleaner : http://www.ccleaner.com/
It's free, does a good job, and won't get you into trouble. Otherwise you're committed to learning some basic registry management, starting with always backing up the registry before you make any changes and using a registry cleaner program that allows you to see everything while giving you absolute control. That program is regcleaner : http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-dow...cleaner4.3.htm It's free and if you're willing to take the time to go through it carefully it will show you exactly what's in your registry.
