Need to covert Corel WP file to MS Word file
I need to convert a Corel Word Perfect file (.wpd) to a Microsoft Word file.
I tried opening it with Microsoft Word but all that happened is Microsoft directs me to the Corel website, which then wants to sell me products that I will never need...none of which is conversion software. Is there anything available that is free? Thanks

If you still have WP on your system, or a friends, you can use that to "save as" a Word file. WP will auto-convert if you load a Word file... wonder why Word isn't smart enough to do the reverse...
