Web update software

Hey guys n gals,

I was wondering if there was a piece of software out there (or any kind of tool) that would let me check up on accounts that I have with some business sites. I check the status and balances of each regularly, but if there were some sort of tool that would enable me to get a real time feed of those numbers without my visiting the sites, that's be pretty cool. I'm sure there is something out there like that, I just don't know where to begin or even what to call it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm gonna stretch here. I heard that Microsoft Money could be set up to keep track of your bank balance (or balances) through your online logon. Not sure if it's compatible with the sites you're talking about, or how well it works at all. Just something I've heard....

Yeah, I used to use Microsoft Money for simple budgeting stuff, but simply because I had to go and enter EVERY expenditure, it became bothersome. My budgeting is far simpler than that.

Anyways, I can't check those websites with it. Thanks though.

Are these like secure sites with banking info and such so that anyone sitting at your pc would have access to the info?

Do you really need 24/7 no click on anything access to the info?

These sites don't store banking info, just my balance with them. Ideally, I want to be able to open the program/tool/utility/whatever and have it retrieve the info, then I can close it. I don't want something like that open 24/7, no. Password protection would be nice, but I could just pass-protect the whole folder if I had to.
