Sorting new Notepad Files

IBM used to have data editing software called SPF and later SPFPC

I've searched with google and found a new "version and new owner" for $199. Needless to say I don't miss its data set editing capabilities that much. Does anyone know if the good old SPFPC is available somewhere?

Not sure if it's powerful enough for you, but notepad++ is free, and has support for a whole bunch of languages.

I love it, but I'm using it for entry level Java programming, so I'm by no means a power user :-)

Thanks everyone. I don't need power. I just want to be able to sort a list now and then. I used SPF for 20 years and would love to get a copy of spfpc. I've never seen another editor that concatenates or allows you to move columns of data.
