Windows Networkable Backup Software.

Guys,

i'm in an office of a small business, my boss pay a guy ONCE A MONTH to come in and back up all our files, when i heard this i thought he was joking! he pays him £300 notes a year to do this! i told him for there are programs out there that will do this automatically once a day and more the backup files to a networked harddrive for safe keep then shut the computers down. - in short....

am i lying?

if not what are these programs? anyone with some first hand knowledge and rating of any of them please? i've convinced him to fork out the money but i need to get this right first time.
