Making an email list with outlook
Over the years i have gathered hundreds of email addresses, from people all over the world, and now i need to send out a message to all these people. I am using outlook, is there a way to collect all the addresses contained within a specific folder without having to open each and every one individually and copy/paste their info? Let's hope there is...

The address book should give you the option of Personal addresses and Collected addresses.
It would be easier to separate out the ones you don't want to send the message to. If you split them up that way you would have the option of making everyone left in the Collected folder the recipient of your message and the others, family, friends, your boss, in the Personal folder, would not be included. Just to note, your message stands a good chance of getting caught in spam filters so you should take that into consideration.
