Outlook weirdness

We have a computer at work that attaches 2 files to every email sent from Outlook. One file is a .wav file and the other is a Word file. Together they make up what was once the signature of the user on that pc. I've been all through the various options and can't seem to find a way to stop this automatic attachment. The signature is set to and all the other settings match exactly with my work pc's default settings. My boss is going nuts to remove these since this is the master email address for the company and the woman whose name is coming up in the Word doc isn't employed by us any longer.

It's probably stationary instead of a signature. Try adding a piece of blank stationary. What happens when you send it as plain text? Other things to try would be turning off Word as the editor in Outlook and/or editing you default stationary in Word.

You can try checking for any third party add-ins for Outlook.
I was thinking of programs like this one : http://www.lbetoolbox.com/

Thanx you two. Turning off Word as the editor did the trick. I get to keep my job for a couple more weeks!
