Monitor computer Usage

My friend would like to know how long his son is on the computer during the day. Is there a program to monitor the total time a person is on the computer including time not on the internet? My friend is mainly trying to find out how much time his son is playing games. Thanks.

Does your friend have Vista? If so, it has a built in utility to monitor that in Parental Controls (or similar). You can set up time limits too, where you have to log in and you only get the prescribed time to use a certain program. Lots of cool stuff in there. Tell him to check it out if it applies.

I have never used this software, but it appears to have the features needed. Look it up on a few sites first, and get him to maybe get the trial going and see how it works.
