ANyone know a good free DIctionary?
I currenty have Word Perfect and it is not the easiest word to use, but it came w/ Corel's Standard dictionary, which is a saver when writing paper. I will retire my old system soon and use Open Word in new one.
What I need is some sort of free dictionary that work will offline and not too complicate to make me install 100 others nonsense. Thanks x.x |

Never used it, but Google saved the day once again. Let us know how it works.

If you're willing to try it out AbiWord, a free word processor, has dictionary plug-ins .

AbiWord is an open source word processor that is compatible with Word (just pick the format you want the document saved in).
It's got spell-check and you can add a Dictionary by using the plug-ins. If you want it to use other languages it will do that to. And yes, it's free. |
