Upgrade to OneNote & Office 2007?

My school is offering both Microsoft Office 2007 & OneNote 2007 for a reduced rate and I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade.

If anyone uses OneNote 2007 I'd be very interested and appreciate of some feedback, I am currently using OneNote 2003 for all of my class notes and I love it, I just want to make sure that the upgrade is worth it.

Also just in general I have heard varied things about Office 2007 (some find the learning curve steep and some find the new design amazing).

Thanks for any feedback!

You should be able to go to MS's web site and see the "new features" to these products.
