Frequency buzz on Skype

Hey guys,

Just happened now (actually, is happening as I type), but I am getting what I can only describe as a frequency buzz, like mild feedback from a guitar amp. It is very low, and sort of oscillates in and out, only lasting a few seconds at a time.

My friend gets the buzz at the same time (as in he can hear it like we do), and it hasn't happened until now. I'm using an Altec Lansing mic and a set of Creative 5.1 speakers. Thoughts?
