Partition

Hi Guys, can any body give me a step to step guide to use GParted Live CD version from www.gparted.sourceforge.net. My cloned pc came with 2 partitions and my partition C has 20 gig space. I am almost at it max size and would like to either delete the partition or increase the size.
Thanks
