Outlook 2007 Shared Contacts
I'm having an issue on an end-users machine. I purchased a copy of office 2007 small business for one of our employees to test. He is responsible for entering new contacts into the owner of the companies contact list. I am running an exchange server and the owner is running office 2003 SBE. The machine running 2007 is setup to have shared contacts with the owner. Whenever we try to enter new contacts into the owners contacts from 2007 the contact shows for about 15 seconds and then simply disappears. This happens under any profile on that machine. I entered a contact into it from my machine running 2003 SBE and it stayed there fine.
I installed the service pack 1 for office 2007 and the problem is still there. Anyone ever heard of this problem? |
