Can you get free phone using boradband connection?
A long time ago I heard that you can turn your system into a phone w/ a broadband connection. I just want to verify if that is true? and if so then how can I get it? legally of course or not, wat/ever.

Skype is not loved by phone companies but it's still out there : http://www.skype.com/
It's not totally free, but it's as close as you can legally get for now.
