Express To Outlook

Hi, I changed email from outlook express to office. I exported all contacts and emails no problem.
I can receive emails but it wont send. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes i downloaded all the settings. Like i said mail comes in but wont go out

What happens when you try to send mail? If there's an error message, please post it exactly. What *version* of Outlook are we dealing with here and what version of Windows?

outlook

hi its microsoft outlook 2003 and the comp is running Xp.
This is the message

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Thanks for that info. However that computer is not on broadband but dial up. Now I suppose that the same rule might apply. Why does it bring in the mail though if we go by that info and why does it not effect express?
