Only thing I can find is this.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=312351

EDIT: Found another thing you can try. Go to Start>Run and in the box type "regsvr32 inetcomm.dll" (without the quotes).

Have you confirmed that the file size is actually showing data in the message? If so, you can try to forward the message to yourself or to another email account to see if the body shows up. If so, then it wouldn't be the message itself that's corrupt. If the message shows up fine in OE once you've forwarded it to yourself, then it's not really clear what happened, but at least you can see the message

That kb article seems to troubleshoot that all html messages are not showing the body, or that because it's an html email, your cache/cookies may be interfering with the proper display of the message, in which case, you could just view the source of the email to get your order number.

Well I checked the particilar E-mail and it's 10 K. Resent it to myself, still same situation . I think I remember the owner of the site saying something abou the site wasn't registered and therefore it could cause an issue with some mail servers ?
I am runing WIN 2K Pro so the MS down load doesn't apply. Thanks anyway...
