Everest
I'm using Everest Home 2.20 to detect my temperatures but it won't detect CPU temperature
All it says is: GPU AUX GPU Ambient Motherboard Harddrive I need help, trying to find out my CPU's temperature. |

Try the monitoring software from the motherboard manufacturer or read it out in the bios.

It's fine I decided I'd just get CoreTemp and it is working good but bad thing is my temperatures are a little too high for me so I have to get a Zalman cooler.
Thanks. |

What are your temps?
What processor? Are you overclocking? |

The lowest temp I got was 35 C the highest was 50 C.
Idle: temps jump around but mostly show 43 C Load: temps jump to 50 C I think it can go up to 55 CC or so because I didn't test it out that much for that long.... I am not overclocking and don't plan on doing it. These temps are a little too high for me so is there a way to speed up my fans? They don't seem to be going that fast. I will probably have to install another fan and get a Zalman cooler to drop it about 15 degrees. Last edited by Peli; 01-24-2008 at 09:36 PM. |

Those temps are really nothing to worry about.

Those temps are good. You really don't need an aftermarket cooler.

Should I start to get worried if my temperatures reach 64 C?
Just playing Counter-Strike for like 10 minutes... |

Dual Core e6750.
When I first boot up its in the 30's, but after like an hour and playing some games with some other programs on it goes up to 64. |
