Annoying .RAR Warnings

Whenever I right-click a .rar file in Vista I get the following message:

Internet Explorer

This page has an unspecified potential security risk. Would You like to continue?

The fact that it is an IE message makes no sense. If I click yes then the normal context menu appears and everything works normally. It is quite annoying, however, and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and knows of a solution. I have WinRAR installed and I use the right-click context menu to extract .rar files.

Have you run antispyware scans, and antivirus scans?

Try reinstalling winrar, or using a different program for that?

It could also just be one of vista's annoyances. I wonder if others are experiencing it... (sorry, no tips to give other than this suggestion...)

Doubt it's a vista thing. I never have trouble with .rar files.

I have more information. It only happens with files that are on network drives. I've been doing some research and it appears to be linked to IE 7. I found a suggestion on one blog that said to go into the IE7 security tab, click on local intranet, click sites, and uncheck "Automatically Detect Intranet". That didn't work. There doesn't seem to be much information about this issue.

EDIT: I just checked my XP machine and it does the same thing.

EDIT 2: I found THIS site and followed the instructions. It worked.
