Wireless adapter

Guys how do I make my wireless adapter use the windows to manage it. I dont want the firmware that the wireless adapter came with.

I'm assuming when you're referring to "firmware," you would like to configure and access wireless networks through the Windows Wireless Device Config window. I'm also going to assume, perhaps falsely, that you are using Windows XP - steps should be very similar for Windows Vista. Go to Network Connections (Start > Settings > Network Connections) and access the properties of the Wireless Network Connection (right click > Properties). Access the wireless network tab and select "Use Windows to Configure my Wireless Settings."

Some wireless utilities allow you to do this - right click on the icon in the tray for the manufacturer's utility and you can choose something like "use Windows utility".
