Monitoring software
Looking for software that will monitor board/graphic/memory voltages and temps. I DL Coretemp for CPU temps but doesn't offer much.

I usually recommend speedfan as well.
Motherboard Monitor is another one kicking around, but that one isn't always that accurate in terms of reporting temperatures.
