Adobe CS3 Questions

I'm getting ready to purchase a CS3 and had 2 quick questions. First, can you install one copy on multiple machines or do I really have to purchase separate copies for each of my computers? Second, does CS3 function better on a PC or Mac?

You may install it on 2 computers, both under your control, but you may not use it on both computers simultaneously. Any other use requires buying more licenses.

There's no difference between the way the software functions between platforms. I've used Adobe software on both Mac and PC and there's not much difference in terms of performance or at the speed at which I can do things (hotkey functions and the like).

If you want one copy on the mac and one copy on the PC, you will have to purchase two licenses no matter what. Adobe sells PC versions and Mac versions, and you can't use/install one on the other because the underlying code is written differently for the different platforms.
