Help
My friend has got herself a laptop and she is wondering why she has not got:
FILE EDIT VIEW FAVORITES TOOLS HELP at the top of her page that I get on my computer.I am writing to you on behalf of her as she can't even save this address on her laptop as favorites.Is there anyway I can help her myself. Thank you.

What browser is she using? IE7? If IE7, then she just has to click on the little star with a plus on the left hand side to save to her favorites, and the star to access her favorites.

Are you referring to the web browser, Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft made some changes on the menus for that program, and the menus are usually located below the address (URL) bar. If not, right click on any part of the top menu, and make sure that "Menu Bar" is selected.
