HELP! Can't Delete Program!?

Hey all.....

Well here's my story: I downloaded Pinnacle Game Profiler the other week so I could use my XBox 360 controller with COD4 on my PC...... There was a problem with downloading the program and it didn't finish completely...
I tried to remove the old partially d.loaded program by deleting the folder with all it's contents from 'My Programs' on my HDD...

It deleted fine and I thought I would just be able to reinstall it and I assumed it would work correctly.....

I downloaded it once again, this time is 'apparently' completed just fine... I tried to open it once downloaded and it came up with an error message (the generic windows error box) saying that it had to stop the process blah blah blah...

Now I deleted all I had downloaded and made sure my HDD was clear of all Pinnacle software BUT now when I go into 'Add/Remove Programs' it's still saying it's on my computer.
When I try to click on the 'Change/Remove' button it comes up with an error saying 'Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

It's not actually on my computer but it's saying it is..............

Is there anyway of getting deep into my computer and making sure all of the files and associated software is deleted off my computer?
I need this bloody program off my computer!!!

Many thanks in advance....

Ryan

Try cleaning up Windows with CCleaner:
http://www.ccleaner.com/download
Run the Windows scan, do a registry clean and look in Tools>Uninstall to see if that program shows up.
Another one you can try is MyUninstaller from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/myuninst.html
I have used this on a few stubborn applications in the past.
