What is this execute and how to remove it? (Or wat/ever it is)

http://img395.imageshack.us/my.php?i...1779603ox0.jpg

The highlighted one is the one I am talking about, what is it? I got it after installing Nero 7.0.0.0. I then proceeded to uninstall it because the damn Nero version does not has the option to Not Show Nero Scout folder, which is an annoying feature-bloated and useless.

Also, if you notice then there is a similar one at the bottom of the picture, so how do I remove it? And how do I remove stuff from msconfig list Startup also? (Nero Check)

THANKS!

Un-install the whole thing and run the registry cleaner of your choice ( I like either regcleaner or CCleaner but you can use what ever you're familiar with. ).

Nero 7 has a Custom Install option, since you know what you don't want just chose it and install the apps you need.

I know and I did customized my installation; only installed like ROM Burning out of the entire list.

I guess I will give CCleaner a try.
