Excel Question

I have a spreadsheet open with only Two colums(A,B) occupied for 25,000 rows. I need to print the whole list for some employees to fill out. But the way its setup, there will be around 900 pages to print with less than half of the page being used....so its a lot of wasted space. i am trying to print the spreadsheet so that it prints rows 1-30 on 1 half of the page then have rows 31-60 on the other half of the page. Thus cutting the pages down to around 450 to print.

Is there a way to do this?

Is moving rows 12,500 and below up to Line one an Option?

No. I have 4 guys on this little project pulling folders and the are all working on a certain range of numbers. So It would have to be all in order.

Did you try the page setup? set the margins and the scaling to maybe 80% and try legal letter with portrait.

This may be a bit overwrought, but you could create a non-standard page size PDF (say 4.25x11) and in your print properties specify 2 pages per sheet.
