Need Censoring Software

Does anyone know of any censoring software available to "clean up" DVD's ? I cannot find any good DVD players that have these blockers built in.
I purchased a Clear play DVD player only to have the cheap Chinese USB flash card overheat. The unit itself was very cheap. They also want a hefty subcriber fee every year. This was the only player available even after searching all the big retail outlets.
What I need is software I can use to delete or overwrite those offensive parts on DVD's I burn

Thanks
