MS Outlook 2003
Hi All,
I have this strange issue with Outlook 2003 and don't know how to solve it. I created .pst files and moved emails into those pst files but after the moved, I have more emails from the Inbox folder. (Originally, the user's account has several folders stored on the exchange server. I moved those emails to local pst files). Any idea why emails came back to Inbox folder? Thank you,

Could be the "leave mail on server" option is detecting the mail isn't there and is resending.

This is exchange server and it doesn't have that option. I forget the mention that the user has blackberry also configured to use exchange server for email. Could the mails be delivered from blackberry server?
