backup software
I am looking for some free software that will backup my selected data, compress it and then burn that file to CD-R when it is scheduled to run. Does anyone know of such software? Please let me know.

SyncBack is popular. I've used their free version and it works pretty good. Don't know if it has a scheduled burn timer in it, though.

Does it allow for burning at all? Have you actually burned to disc using this s/w?
