How do I change my JPG files from Adobe Photoshop Elements to PDF to be burned on a disc for usage by anyone who does not have Photoshop Elements?

I am not well versed in this so forgive any foolish questions.

Cute PDF Writer can create PDF files from anything. It is installed like a printer, and anything you "print" to the software comes out a PDF: http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

Using CutePDF is there a way to convert an entire folder full of pictures to PDF without doing it one picture at a time?

Not that I know of, unless there is a utility out there to print a folder at a time that I am not aware of.

If they are JPG, just burn them as is. You can view a JPG in just about anything these days, you don't need Elements. XP has Windows Fax and Picture Viewer, and you can even open them with any web browser.
