Replacement for task manager

A while back David posted about a replacement for task manager that you could set to come up with ctl-alt-del. It showed all the running processes, RAM usage, page file usage etc. Was very cool. Some how It got nerfed and I get nothing from C-A-D now. I loved it but cannot remember the name so I can get it again. Any ideas?

I used used used to use Cacheman something program that can act as Task Manager. One neat thing about it was that you can open the folder that contained the running executable.
