Problem running an exe file

I am having problem running an exe file of my Microsoft exam which is in WinZip.rar software.

When I click on the file ,it opens it in a WnZip.rar program. When I click on the exe file ,I get
a dialog box of WinZip Caution which says "Are you sure you want to access this file?The full file name was not displayed. File type : Application ,File Name Starts with : Interactive Test Engine .

When I click on Yes, I get another dialog box saying "The Publisher couldnot be verified .Are you sure you want to run this software?

When I click on yes,it gives me an error messege of Java Virtual Machine Launcher which says:
"Unable to access jarfile./bin/examengine.jar"
I donot understand why am I geting this error messege if I already have examengine.jar file in the WinZip program?

There is one thing that I have noticed, when I look into the type of this file ,it says Nokia Application and when I right click on it says Install with "Nokia Application Installer"

It's intended to install software to a Nokia phone.

If this program is being distributed as a .rar or a .zip, you have to extract the whole archive into a temporary folder before trying to run setup.
