smokin Microsoft word

Hi, guys

I wonder if you could help me. In some circumstances and very frequently, the Word document window on opening, does not fill the screen and appear set below the top. The bottom scroll bar is not quite visible, also. This is proving difficult to work with. I have tried maximising the window, and tried picking it up and moving it, but the system seems to think that the window id correctly sized and positioned and won’t let me do this. Could you please advise?

thanks guys

If you right click the Word shortcut and select properties, there is a box titled Run: in which you can change the opening window size to either Normal, Minimized, or Maximized. Try changing those to see if it helps.
