Outlook 2003, Personal Folders " irritation

I know this is easy for most of you, but I do not recall how to fix this:

Outlook 2003, SP 3 (11.8217.8202)
OS: Windows XP Media Center

The problem:

Every single time I open Outlook it take a while, thinking, then opens another windows which says " Personal Folders ", tst.pst cannot be found. It seems to want to find this file, and yet I am sure it really wants ANY relevant .pst file.

I have used the Windows search function to find tst.pst file, to no avail. Which file should I be pointing Outlook towards in this situation? Wher, within Outlook, can I point it towards for the correct .pst file?

Outlook.pst is on my system, but again I do not know how to teach Outlook to find it automatically.....

A related issue, possibly:

While inside Outlook sending e mails from my Yahoo.com POP3 e mail address, the Outbox has e mails it wants to send. I click on send/receive, Outlook says the sending is complete, and yet the e mail is still sitting in the Outbox.....no matter how many times I click the Send/Receive btton, the Outbox never empties, the e mail never goes.

Internet, as you might want to know, is connected all the while, so the issue is not the internet connection--at least I don't think it is....

Thanks.....
