Question Remote Desktop Software

Hello Guys,

What's the best Remote Desktop Software for Window at the moment? I want to help out a friend who has computer configuration problem. But he is not in the same town as me. I want to access his computer remotely. I reckon XP pro has a native remote desktop but sometimes it has connection issue. I want the trouble free one. Thanks a lot.

Thierry.

logmein is certainly the easiest in terms of setup. No need to fiddle with firewalls or port forwarding.
