uninstall wont let me uninstall, what to do?

Hi, I'm using Vista Home Premium x64. I tried uninstalling Nod32 Antivirus, but for some reason my computer won't let me. It says setup file is missing. Is there a way for me to completely remove this program and all the files along with it forcefully? Thanks

You could try to reinstall, and then uninstall.
