OK, I'll make this brief : Are You Crazy ?

Go to the relevant sites and check to see if the updates (release notes) apply to what you use your computer for.
If you're into video editing the latest game shader update is irrelevant but that "more pixels" for camcorder deal may not be.

No "automatic" site can do this for you.
What it can do is download a major problem you may not be able to get rid of without a reformat.

Don't get lazy!
A 10 minute read can save you a world of grief.

go for it

Radarsync is free, first of all. And unlike some of the other programs i've tried, you can see the links for the updates before you download them. From what I've seen they all come from the mfg website and it's definitley a big time saver. In any case, just set a system restore point before you install anything. In the worst case you rollback your computer - definitely not a windows reinstall. saves a lot of time, is all I'm sayin' (last time I updated my drivers myself it was a 3 hr ordeal, not 10 min).

I'm with pam. It seriosuly doen't take that long to update drivers, and it's not something you should probably be doing a lot anyway. Only time I ever check for new drivers is when I have a problem, or am doing a fresh instal.

Only drivers that you will need are usually audio and video. Maybe chipset. And that doesn't take long to go and download.

I don't have any idea what your problem was.
A driver updates takes 5 minutes ( 10 minutes to scan and understand the release notes for the update is the extra ) if you're the type who dawdles.
