Dell VBScript - out of warranty

Every night at 9pm I get a blurb on my screen "Cannot find Script Engine "VBScript" for script C:/Program Files/Dell Support Center/gs_agent/custom/sleep.vbs" My PC warranty with Dell has expired so I cannot post a thread to their support center. Any suggestions?

Do you use the dell support center? If not, I'd just uninstall it. It's likely that the problem will go away when the support center application does.

When I had a DELL I use to chat with DELL support when I had a problem even after the warranty expired. This was about 2 years ago, so I dont know if they have changed policies. Doesnt hurt to try.

You most likely chatted with them through their website, rather than the support software. I'm not even sure if the support center software is even in use anymore.
