Maximize Screen
For some reason when I first boot up and also when I go to the various websites, the screen appears in a "minimize" mode and I have to maximize it to get the benefits of a full screen. Can anyone tell me how to get my screen in a "maximize" mode all the time?

Is it the screen or maybe is it your Browser that is minimized?

What browser?
Maximize it, then hold the SHIFT key and click the "X" in the top right. That sometimes forces the app to "remember" its windowed state.

I think it's the browser because it only occurs if I go outside the PC, that is, Google, Yahoo, and other websites using the Internet.

Instead of maximizing it, use the mouse to stretch and reposition the window to approximate a full screen, then it should open to the same size every time.
