PDF problems
I have a problem with PDF files -they won't load. I get a window that says Explorer has encountered a problem with a add-on program and must close and wants to report the problem. I have tried to remove the program and reinstall it it gets to apoint and then says it can't be removed. What do I do?

What pdf program do you have?
If you have adobe, I sugggest you uninstall it, and get foxit reader. Try that. If you still have problems, try to download the pdf, and then open it.

Have you tried reporting the problem? I have recently reported a problem and gotten a quite satisfactory response on a work around.

You can try an over the top reinstall of Adobe Reader and then try the uninstall again or you can try Windows installer clean-up utility : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=290301
If you use the uninstaller make sure you read the instructions (the readme.txt) fully.
