Error message in MS Excell - Visual Basic

I've just come to open some Excell files, and when I click to open I get the following message in a box headed MS Visual Basic : 'Compile error in hidden module. AutoExecNew', which means nothing to me. If I close the box the spreadsheet opens as normal and then when I come to close the page I get another message saying 'Compile error in hidden module. DistMan'.

Could someone please advise?
