scheduling software

I am looking for a program that lets me make schedules , such as, a vending business. Set up a service schedule to show when to service locations, on a weekly or monthly type of schedule. As it grows I can add locations also. Thanks for any help.

ms office outlook 2003 & newer has those capabilities.
you can schedule reminders, appointments, meetings, etc.
you can set it to send automatic e-mail notices/reminders to all parties, along with locations & driving directions (very cool) & itineraries, contacts.

i use it regularly & love it. it's an invaluable tool for me.
'set it & forget it'
i set mine so when the scheduled appt. is due i get notified daily starting 7 days before that appt.
