Outlook 07 send window doesnt close when sending attachments

This is a brand new install on an HP DC5800 with XP Pro and Office 07 Small Business. I have other users running 07 and have not come across this issue before. Our server is running 03 Small business with Exchange.


What happens is that Outlook will work just fine sending and recieving. The folder updates with no problems. When sending an attachment however the "send window" does not close. It doesnt "freeze" because if you manually hit the "X" button it will close. (Most programs that freeze will give you a non responding"). The email does get sent with no problems it's just the window that refuses to go away on it's own.

The funny part is this only happens when you have outlook open. If you are not running outlook and attempt to send something (right click...send as) it takes about 4-5 seconds but then does eventually close on it's own.

I am not running cashed exchange mode so this isnt the problem. Any ideas?
