Presentation giving me some problems
Hey guys,
I'm trying to run a simple presentation, the first page with some animated .gifs and text, and the rest with only 1 image per slide. i want running background music (one .mp3) for the entire presentation. The thing is, it doesn't work in Powerpoint 2003 - i do the insert > movies and music option, and then the file itself doesn't want to run - it gives me an error with the title of MCI error - containing "The specified file cannot be played on the specified MCI device. The file may be corrupt, not in the correct format.." and then the rest doesn't even show. Rest assured the .mp3 works just fine. Also, i'm trying to do this in Openoffice Impress - and while it does seem to work, when i try to export it to .ppt, the music isn't running. Also, it doesn't export to .swf or .pst so those are out of the question. Any help please? I need this urgently and i cant figure out how to get it running correctly. Thanks. |
