MS Word question

Hey,

I have Office XP and I have two simple questions:

1) For larger monitors when using Word, I find I can't view 1 page at 100%, rather it shows two pages instead. I only want to view one page at 100%, not two, anyone know what to do for this issue?

2) Sometimes when I paste a picture into word, I am able to move it anywhere on the page by click and drag. I can only do this on certain images while others I do not have the option to click and drag, is there an option for this?

Thank you!

1) Changing the % changes the whole document...What happens when you scoll up to page one?

2) What file "types" work and what file type don't?

Hi

I am not sure which version MS-Office you are using. But just check that in View menu you have the print layout selected, page size is 100% and you have one page view selected.

If this wont work give me the office version for me to give a better solution.

If you can paste an image you should be able to click and drag, again if you give me the version you are using i can try at my end

rgds,

Hey, I'm not too sure what you mean what happens when you scroll up to one page?

For the file types, I generally just copy and paste from the internet, jpeg images. I find that some i can drag and drop anywhere on the screen where others don't even if its the same format.

Hey, sorry I wasn't too clear, I use word 2002. My monitor is 24" and I have the print layout selected with page size 100% and it views two pages side by side. I am starting to wonder if it is even possible to view one page at 100% on this screen. Only at 120% zoom I am able to view one page.

Some jpegs I can click and drag and place anywhere on the screen where sometimes I can't. I don't understand why.

thanks for your help guys!
