Looks like XP to me. That might be a logo from the theme creator?

Looks like XP.
What happens when you ask your friend how he did it

Actualy, he probably right clicked on the tak bar->Toolbar->NEW and he then selected a folder called EVOLUTION.

Shadow. I have been using this one for quite a few years now. I made a small logo (bitmap) with my business name and in the text I put my business name and phone numbers.

Quote:
This allows you to place any picture and text so that it will be displayed in the system control panel; without having to mess with the registry.

A: Picture

1: Take any bitmap that's about 175x175 pixels in size (I've done up to 200x200)
2: Name it oemlogo.bmp
3: Copy it to the \windows\system32 folder

B: Text

1: open notepad type the text below and add the text to be displayed after the "="

[General]
Manufacturer=
Model=
[Support Information]
Line1=
Line2=
Line3=

(you can create more lines if you wish)

2: Now save as oeminfo.ini into the \windows\system32 directory.

That's it. Now you have a custom branded pc.
I like the one G. linked to, I will take a closer look at it next week.
