It wont die
A program I downloaded from download.com to convert audio file formats has got me puzzled. It wont run, and it wont go away. If I try to run the program my computer just freezes up and if I try to uninstall the program my computer freezes up.
I'm running XP pro and I have never encountered this problem before. Any suggestions?? |

It might help if you mentioned the name of the software
 Does the software maker have a web site/support section?

Do a system restore back to a date/time before you installed it.

I'm sorry. The program was called Direct Audio Converter.
I removed it using a program called Cleanse Uninstaller and ran the forced uninstall mode. Thanks guys |
