can a script be created to open Outlook?
Don't know weather to call it a script or a batch file, if there is a difference. Anyway, I had an issue syncing a Palm Zire z22 with my Outlook 2003. Out of pure frustration with the problem I opted to settle on a work-around. The work-around is opening HotSync and Outlook as Admin in order to conduct a sync. Although I'm not pleased with the security vulnerability working under the Admin profile while in Outlook - I am always connected to the internet- I must settle for it...
What I would like to do is create two (batch files?) on my User profile desktop, one for Outlook and one for HotSync, so that when I click on it it will automatically enter my Admin password and open the programs under my Admin profile. I won't have to right-click and click on "run as administrator"...
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but does anyone have an answer?
